NEW TRENDS IN DIGITAL ESTHETIC DENTISTRY.
Possibilities, Workflows, Materials.

Software based on artificial intelligence and growing calculation power especially focussed on mobile devices are offering new possibilities in esthetic planning and rehabilitation. Making a 3D facescan with the help of a smartphone is actually possible within seconds.
Features like this will cause revolutionary changes in the workflow of esthetic rehabilitations. Planning and analysis now can be done in realtime as well as a virtual try-in is possible after CAD/CAM design.

Unfortunately the development of the Cerec-software in the esthetic field has not taken part in the news trends of Smile-Design. The Smiledesign tool in the Cerec-software seems to be actually not up to date. Possibilities of integration of newest technologies to our approved Cerec-workflow will be demonstrated in this lecture. Creating a pleasant design in the esthetic region will be shown in five steps.

Also in the field of CAD/CAM materials we can find a lot of interesting new and helpful developments. The traditional glass ceramics including lithium disilicate until now are representing the gold standard, but new trends into two directions can be observed during the last time. On one hand esthetically improved zirconium dioxide is offering new possibilities for the anterior region, especially in needs for higher strength. On the other hand the class of hybrid- and composite materials is opening new exciting possibilities like monolithic restaurations on a high esthetic level as well as innovative improvements via cutback and layering with composite materials.

 

DİJİTAL ESTETİK DİŞHEKİMLİĞİNE YENİ TRENDLER

Bu sunumda gülüş tasarımı özelliğinin geliştirilmesi için CEREC iş akışına entegre edilebilen yeni onaylı teknolojiler anlatılacaktır.5 aşamada estetik bölgede memnun edici bir dizayn elde etmenin yolları anlatılcaktır.

Ayrıca CADCAM alanında materyal dünyasında son zamanlarda oldukça ilginç ve yeni gelişmeler olmaktadır.Geleneksel olarak şimdiye kadar lityum disiliklatları da içeren cam seramikler  altın standart kabul edilmekteydi .Bir yandan estetik olarak geliştirilen zirkonyumdioksit ön bölge için yüksek dayanım gerektiren durumlarda  yeni seçenekler sunarken,diğer yandan hibrid ve kompozit materyaller cutback ve tabakalama da yapılabilmesi sayesinde monolitik restorasyonlara yeni heyecan verici seçenekler eklemektedir.
